James has always had a passion for learning and teaching.  His educational resume includes Pen State, Georgetown University, Syracuse University and recently completed courses with Harvard University.  James has hands on experience in developing, and conducting, training at major BPOs in the US.

James started SkillSpace Human Capital Technologies, because his experiences, dedication in detail, and desire to create engaging learning events for people.  While working with large BPOs, he created asymmetrical learning programs (using Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline) to disseminate critical knowledge and assess individual comprehension.  While managing developers, LMS administrators and working stakeholders, he decided to venture on his own in 2017 and form SkillSpace to bring his focused talents directly to clients.
