Commercial kitchen food safety training
Occupational Safety Training
A systematic review* of food handler training found that knowledge and attitudes about food safety improve significantly after structured training.
Many food-safety courses teach the rules but miss the real-world context that makes those rules stick. This module fills that gap by giving restaurant staff practical, scenario-based practice with foods most prone to bacterial growth and contamination. Learners explore how time, temperature, and handling choices affect safety, then apply that knowledge in short, realistic interactions. The result is a clear understanding of which foods carry the highest risk—and the confidence to prepare them safely on every shift.
